Description
We finished in 2015 the restoration of the Manor House and the outbuildings of an estate wine of the 19th century, located in a village two not of the canal du MIDI and the village of le Somail. We have created 10 deposits that each have their kitchen and their own character with family furniture or hunted. Each House has a small private garden with a table, chairs, a parasol, a barbecue and two lounges. You have access to the shared swimming pool which is open from 9:00 to 20:00.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels and tea towels).
Cleaning is done once a week and its cost is 70 euros. If the cottage is rented for 2 weeks, an additional household can be made if desired (at an additional cost of EUR 70).
Pool towels are not provided but can be hired (7 euros per used towel, 20 euro deposit).
Each cottage has a parking inside the domain space.
Bread and croissants may be delivered on order in the morning at the door of your cottage (this service is free, only products you will be charged at cost price).
You can rent to an external provider of the bikes that you will be delivered and picked up on the spot according to your request (it is recommended to provide the rental thereof, at the time of the booking of your stay).
In the village you will find a bakery, a grocery store with fresh produce, a tobacco press, a café-restaurant with its Pergola, doctors.
About two kilometres you will find food supermarkets, a pharmacy, garages and other services.
Tourist tax 0.75 EUR per night and per person over 18 years.
Security deposit of 300 euros access by road: exit at Narbonne South on the A9 highway (No. 38). At the first roundabout (50 m after the exit), follow direction Carcassonne - Béziers (213). At the second roundabout, follow Béziers. At the third roundabout, take the direction of Marcorignan and drive about 5 km. Cross in and out of the village of Marcorignan in direction of Saint-Marcel. In Saint-Marcel turn left after the bakery (follow direction Saint Nazaire D'aude marked on the Panel), cross the village of Saint Nazaire D'aude passing in front of the school, the Town Hall, the bar Le Mazet and then take the second right after the tobacco in the direction of Ginestas / Le Somail (marked on the Panel). 200 metres to the right, you will come!

Vous commenciez vos vacances avec nous et c'était une sacré responsabilité ! Vous avez parfaitement résumé ce que nous avons voulu faire en créant le Domaine de Puychêne: un lieu de repos et de convivialité stratégiquement placé pour découvrir toutes les merveilles de la région. Nous nous faisons une joie de partager les endroits que nous aimons et nous ne cessons pas d'en découvrir de nouveaux. Nous nous faisons par exemple un devoir d'essayer tous les restaurants que nous recommandons ensuite... ou pas...Notre proximité avec le canal du midi, fait la joie des joggeurs et des cyclistes qui ont aussi 7 circuits balisés de VTT à portée de roue... Quant au hameau du Somail c'est en effet une petite perle où il fait bon flâner et... déjeuner, goûter ou dîner. Nous sommes vraiment heureux de vivre ici et de faire ce métier.
