Enjoy your home away from home in our Gulf Shores, Alabama beachfront condo with breathtaking views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Welcome to our Gulf Shores TripAdvisor property at Boardwalk, a condo with a cottage feel in the heart of this top vacation destination. This third floor unit sleeps 4 and features expansive balcony views of the sugar white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

Our condo is fully updated featuring plank tile flooring, granite countertops and beadboard throughout as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed with a Sealy pillow top mattress, spacious closet, and 40” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 55” LED flat panel TV with Soundbar, Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This new design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.

This Gulf Shores condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

Complex amenities include free WiFi, some covered parking, gift shop, spacious pool, and a huge sun deck with lounge chairs and tables. All Boardwalk condos are smoke free and no pets are allowed.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was very clean and in perfect location on the beach. Very quiet and in perfect location to reach places to eat. Grocery store across street is very convenient!

“A bit disappointed”

The air conditioner was not working. Took them until next day to fix it. They didn't seem too concerned and were not timely. The patio was nice.

I understand our property manager did some troubleshooting with you over the phone when you arrived to try and resolve the issue, and when that didn't work the repair was scheduled ASAP and completed the next day. We just had a new unit installed in December, and apparently the lines had to be flushed again to prevent the safety sensor on the compressor from tripping. Unfortunately maintenance issues do arise that are out of our control, and we always strive to resolve them ASAP to minimize any inconvenience for our guests. Please accept our apologies for this issue, and check your mail in the coming days for a restaurant gift card you can use on your next visit to the Gulf Coast. We hope you will consider giving us a second chance as well.
