Apartment 15 is a modern, 3 bedroom duplex apartment. It provides an ideal opportunity for couples, families and small groups to visit York and enjoy all it has to offer. Located close to the famous city walls the apartment is well equipped for a self-catering, loft style living break in the heart of the beautiful city of York.

The accommodation is set out on two floors with a main living space, en-suite master bedroom and house bathroom on the first floor and two further double bedrooms, each with two single beds, on the second floor. The main living area is spacious and comfortable featuring an open plan kitchen, dining area and family/TV room.

Having undergone a recent, full upgrade Apartment 15 is now back on-line and re-listed. With stylish design throughout and a modern, fully equipped kitchen it offers all you need in accommodation for a great visit to York. Included with your stay are towels, bedding, Sky sports and movies, wifi and an off-street parking place.

“Outstanding holiday apartment!”

Short walk (15 mins) from the centre of York. Apartment is beautifully appointed and well equipped, with lots of personal touches that make it feel really special. We came to York to celebrate my husbands birthday with the family. The open plan lounge, kitchen and diner is such a good social space which has been well thought out. The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful.
