Description

3 bedroom ocean front home. Raised 2 family located on a dead end street at the waters edge. The elevated first floor is entirely yours and you have your own entrances, wrap around deck, and your own drive way that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Each bedroom has a full sized bed and we have an aero bed which can sleep 2 in the living room if need be. It has a full bath, fully equipped kitchen(Quesadia maker, blender etc.). Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR movies, games and books.

Outside our wrap around deck is fully furnished with views everywhere. Eat dinner on the front porch facing the ocean or have your morning coffee on the back deck facing the mouth of the Saco River.

Thursdays you can watch the fireworks in Old 0rchard Beach for your front deck with out the crowds.

We provide pillow and blankets but you must bring your own linens and towels.

In the yard there is a fire pit surrounded with seating. A gas grill, picnic table, lounge chairs and a large umbrella and off street parking for 3 cars.

Because the house is elevated if you decide to bring your bikes you can store them there.

This location is great for the day trippers. 45 minutes south of us is the Kittery Outlets and 45 minutes north is Freeport for more shopping if that is your thing. Old Orchard Beach is 3 miles down the road, close enough to visit but far enough away from the crowds. Kennebunkport is about 20 minutes way and my favorite the Portland waterfront is also about 20 minutes away.

Walk on access to the beach is just a short walk around the corner (2 minutes maybe). Located in our fishing village is a restaurant, a general store, ice cream stand and of course 2 lobster pounds. See Ellen for the freshest lobster in the area, caught that morning sold that afternoon. Nothing fresher.

This home is been in our family for 48 years and is our pride and joy so all we ask is you treat it like it was your own. Leave the house in the exact condition you find it which is always neat, clean and orderly and unlike others we will refund the cleaning fee. We even provide the cleaning supplies.

Look around and you will see we have the best price for a 3 bedroom oceanfront. Sorry no pets.

Getting around

As mentioned earlier take the trolley for a dollar and head to Old Orchard Beach for the rides and amusements. Why pay for parking when you don’t have to. Or get off the trolley in Ocean Park and get dinner at the Boardwalk Grill then return home and enjoy the fireworks from your own deck away from the crowds in Old Orchard.

We had a great time and plan to come back next summer. Great location , wonderful view and well maintained.
