The cottage has a double room and a twin. There is a bathroom, a kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a front garden and rear patio. 17 Lockhart Place is well placed for all this part of Scotland has to offer, including outdoor activities, watersports, or just drinking in the stunning scenery.

Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for two cars. Bike storage. Front enclosed lawned garden, plus rear enclosed patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Three steps to front door.
