This home has over 6,000+ sq. ft. and 3 stories of living area. Comfortably sleeps up to 22 people in beds. Most beds are king and queen sized beds. Throughout the home there are 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is plenty of room to set up air mattresses for additional sleeping spaces. Additional charges for parties with more than 14 guests.

There is a fully equipped and functional large kitchen. The kitchen includes all the necessary amenities and kitchenware to host and cook your meals.

6 Plasma TV’s with DVD players and cable with over 100 channels throughout the home. The great room hosts an in home theater with large plasma TV for your ultimate viewing pleasure. Attached to the great room is a gaming area with pool table, skeet ball, darts, and an array of board games.

There are multiple gathering areas throughout the home, which can easily seat your guests. There is a gas grill on the outside patio in the backyard along with a fire pit and seating for your party.

Nearby attractions include several local breweries and winery, the Indianapolis Zoo, the world renowned Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Indianapolis Museum of Art, sporting venues such as Lucas Oil Stadium (Colts football venue) and Banker’s Life Fieldhouse (Pacers basketball venue) along with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway which hosts the famous Indy 500. Dining, shopping, and entertainment for all ages is limitless in downtown Indy!

More than a rental, you actually own part of Lockerbie Square, LLC (the company that owns the property), which allows you to receive future ownership use discounts.

This house is close to downtown Indianapolis and getting on and off the interstate.. It is large and perfect for family reunion. Lots to do for young and old. Highly recommend.
