Description

Flat 2 of the Old Fruit Warehouse is a deceptively large ground floor Flat which has recently been beautifully refurbished and tastefully decorated into a holiday home. It is located in the centre of York, less than 5 minutes walk to Monkgate Bar Walls and less than 10 minutes to York Minster. It has the benefit of its own allocated parking space to the rear of the property. It is ideally located in the city centre with all of York's many attractions, bars, cafes and restaurants on the door step. The racecourse and designer shopping outlet are within a 10 minute drive. Both the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales are within easy reach. The property offers a large bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and large drawers. It also benefits from a large double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a cot available. There is a Bathroom with bath with shower over bath, sink and WC. Hand soap and towels provided. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including electric oven with gas hob, larder fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine. When its time to relax you can enjoy the comfortable living room with large sofa, LCD HD 32” Flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD player and small DVD library, a selection of games, Ipod Dock and free WiFi Internet access. There is a dining table with 5 chairs and a High Chair.
