This luxury 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo has 7 beds and can accommodate up to 12 people. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious bi-level layout. The kitchen seats 11 people with a combination of dining table and large breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven.

Downstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King bed, ensuite Bathroom, plus Cable and flat screen TV and DVD Player. The upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the upstairs 3rd Bedroom has a bunk bed, with a Full mattress on the bottom and Twin mattress on top, plus a separate Twin bed.

A spacious Loft space at the top of the stairs is furnished with a Queen Futon, a TV, and a DVD player. The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a cozy, gas-log fireplace. The gated outdoor private patio has picnic furniture and a gas BBQ Grill. Higher end front loading washer and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room. Topping off this great condo is a double garage, providing secure storage for vehicles and all of your toys.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $15 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit.
