Safe, newly remodeled attached apartment. California's safest city, according to the FBI's "Crime in the US report". Hiking trails behind property & 5 minutes to Rocky Peak Trail, Parks, Restaurants & grocery stores. Ideal for going to Hollywood, Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive, Magic Mountain, Disneyland, Beaches & skiing. Free complimentary welcome snacks & some coffee to get you started on your trip. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, blender, food processor, microwave & toaster; It is fully loaded for you to make dinners & store the leftovers, if you choose so. Water supply to apartment is on a softener system. The ceilings are extra high, which will give upon request. Laundry services and extra cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
The apartment has its own separate entrance which is the white french glass door. Free parking is available in front of the top drive way, on the left side. To unload your car, drive all the way down the cypress tree lined drive & park temporarily near the front door.
I am just a finger-tap away from you. Help is available via phone, text or email regarding site-seeing, restaurants, shopping and any other help you may need. I can communicate with you in English, German and Italian.
Our tourist attractions are all spread out and you would need a car, we are perfectly located to access everything in all directions. Upon arrival please review the safety card, house rules and useful Things to know list, which are displayed on the refrigerator door.
Cable TV includes Roku streaming player with over 1000 movies. The mattress in the bedroom is medium firm and on the sofa bed firm. You can request a memory foam pad for either bed. There is a twin size, frameless floor futon for the 5th guest.
The following things are available upon request, complimentary:
* Portable dining table with (4) chairs
* Office desk with chair (35 1/2" long x 23 3/4" deep)
Government issue photo ID must be sent no later than 2 days before check-in to receive door entry code and presented at check-in, which must be done upon arrival, even after hours.
Door entry code can only be given to members in traveling party.
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. There is a $1,000 fine if evidence or smell of any smoking odor is detected. This will be easily done as it will travel to the main residence, which has a cigarette/marijuana smoke detector. The use of marijuana or any kind of illicit drugs is expressly prohibited for casual and/or medicinal use. Cancellation of reservation/lodging and police activation will follow, if identified.
If discovered you and/or your guests have broken the house rules or law enforcement have been called to the property due to disturbance of peace and/or marijuana or drug odor, you agree to vacate the apartment/ premises without refund. You also agree we have the right to film the violation of you and your guests, if necessary to support our findings and report to Airbnb. All and any people in your party must be included in the booking.
