The property remains a very good example of an AA Five Star Self Catering Property. All areas were of the required standard to continue with this grading. The range of items provided for guests were exemplary ensuring that expectations are exceeded, which shows with all the favorable comments that are made here and the number of repeat bookings that are made". Whether you take the car, have a walking holiday, explore the beach or just ‘chill out' on the balcony with a glass of wine, The Penthouse provides a most comfortable base. The owners have ensured that your surroundings are a real home from home, which has been recognised by both Visit Wales and the AA in awarding this self-catering property their well-deserved 5 star grading. The open plan kitchen and dining area has everything you need to make your visit an enjoyable one. The kitchen has seating for 4, Electrolux fan oven with 4 gas hobs, coffee maker, fridge freezer with plenty of space, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier and microwave. A patio door leads out onto a balcony which has patio furniture and stunning views across Benllech bay.
Sitting Room/ lounge
The accommodation has a spacious comfortable lounge which has fine views of Benllech beach. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, 32in Flat screen television, DVD player, CD player with speakers. There a cabinet with lots of books, DVD's and board games.
Bedroom 1
Double bed with en-suite. There is a large dressing mirror, stool and wardrobe.
Ensuite to bedroom 1
The en-suite to bedroom 1 has a toilet, hand basin, heated towel rack and an enclosed shower with a 15cm step.
Bedroom 2
Double bed and there is a dressing mirror, stool and wardrobe.
Bathroom
Fully tiled, modern bathroom comprising bath with shower over the bath, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Security Deposit
The Penthouse requires a £150 security deposit.
On behalf of the homeowner we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure. This will be done by Pre-authorising a credit card. A Pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit card.
