Description

Brand New Condo on the Malecon in south end of town, ideal for families and couples traveling together. This Second Floor Unit–sleeps up to 9. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room for children or smaller adults, 2 baths, kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. This beautiful new building is directly on the beach. The Mahahual Dive Centre is Now located in the Condo building on the Malecon and they do Scuba Diving and Snorkeling.

Getting around

You can get around town by walking or renting a bike. Many restaurants and beach clubs are on the malecon. There is a dive shop in our building that is amazing, they also do snorkel tours. You can do many water activities such as stand up paddle board or fish. We have a wonderful caretaker named Humberto, he can help with your luggage or just answer your questions.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
