Welcome to our home!


This charming 4 bd/2 bath Art-Deco Craftsmen style, fully remodeled and fully furnished rental is located in a quiet Historic district called the North-End which borders downtown Boise! It is walk-able (sidewalks everywhere) to downtown, walk-able to restaurants like State and Lemp, Jano Jou Patisserie, Cloud 9 Brewery, Starbucks, Goodys, 13th St. Grill and Hyde Park. Grocery stores are also in walking distance, 4 blocks away is a gym and located near Quinns Pond beach area along the Boise River Greenbelt- a paved walkway/runners/bikers path (follows the river for 30 miles!). It is also only 35 minutes to Bogus Basin Ski Resort!!

You will be staying at the western gateway to the historic North End. We have carefully picked, tested and agonized (not really) over every comfort feature of the home. We want to make sure your stay is comfortable. It's a newly remodeled with a fantastic layout with 2 separate living rooms, fantastic kitchen, ornamental bar, gas fireplace and private backyard with vegetable and herb gardens, BBQ, firepit and complementary cruiser bicycles! There is also 100 Mbs high speed internet, 3 TVs and complementary movie channels.


Our home is perfect for a vacation or business getaway; clean, light, spacious and fully-equipped with all the things you might need for a vacation. We did a high end remodel to transform this 1930s home into a luxurious 21st century home while making sure to also restore its charmed coved ceilings, entry arches and refinished hardwood floors.

Located on the bike route in the historic north end neighborhood great for walking, biking, hiking, skipping and rolling as my location is equidistant to Hyde Park (3/4 mile), Camelsback Park (1 mile), downtown (1 mile) and Boise River and Greenbelt park system (3/4 mile).

This home comfortably accommodates up to eight people with 4 bedrooms with comfy queen beds, two spa-like bathrooms, gas fire place full of warmth, three flat-screen TVs to catch the big game or watch free movie channels, ornamental entertainment bar, two living rooms for the separation you may need, and dining table to enjoy a formal dinner with family and friends.

The lower level has two bedrooms with comfy queen beds, full closets, nightstands, and large egress windows, gas fireplace, large TV and canned lighting making it the ultimate family room. Large spa-like bathroom with walk in shower with duel shower heads, storage cubbies and complementary towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Fully loaded breakfast bar with all essentials for cooking or entertaining -convection microwave oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table and all cookware.

Again, if I do not have a modern convenience listed to assure you have a pleasurable stay, please send me a message and I will make sure I have it by the time you check in!


We have been very fortunate to meet and host a lot of great people! Many traveling professionals and adventure seekers rent from us due to our immaculate cleanliness, high end and comfortable living space, 100 Mbs internet service, private backyard w/ garden, complementary bicycles as well as fantastic historic neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, downtown venues and the Boise Greenbelt make this the most prime location in all of Boise.


We want you to feel at home here, so what's ours is yours. The backyard is private, with a covered patio with comfy furniture to visit. The yard also offers a perfect place to have a BBQ or hangout around the firepit. Wifi also reaches the patio so that you can take you laptop outside and pretend to work ;-)


My wife and I live right down the street in case you need anything :-). We want your stay to be peaceful and fun, so we try to make ourselves available to answer any questions you have or to help direct you to the nearest ice cream parlor!
