Description

You've found your cozy, quiet cabin getaway! This cabin is oozing with woodsy charm....a warm fireplace and everything you will need to enjoy a short visit or a long stay. The well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a feast if you so desire.1 bedroom on main level with a queen bed and a loft that has 2 twins, a double size futon in the living room and one bath. The town of Idyllwild offers many restaurant and entertainment options as well as opportunities to experience nature with many hiking trails etc. (Note: There is a $10 extra fee per night for each guest over 4 and if you are bringing a pet it is an extra $20 for the stay) Please notify us of this when you book.

This is a very well kept cabin in a very scenic area. The neighborhood is quiet — which makes it desirable. The owner is on top of things and is responsive to questions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Timothy (the owner) a message.

If Timothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
