Description

We bought this wonderful house in March 2016 as a place to bring our three chidren, friends and family to spend time by the lovely Barmouth coast. It's quite a big house so we quickly realised that it's the perfect place for family and friend get togethers so have decided to rent it out so that more people can enjoy using it. As we have found out when trying to organise get togethers, there are very few decent holiday lets that can accommodate more than a single family. Rose Hill certainly has enough space and hopefully you'll enjoy our fresh and fun styling in the house.

Please note that we provide linen and hand towels in the bathrooms but guests should bring their own bath towels.

We can provide an optional check-out clean for the cost of £50.00. If you choose not to take up this option please ensure that the house is cleaned properly before check-out.

“Great family holiday”

10 adults and 6 children aged from 11months to 12 years had a fab holiday. Roe Hill has plenty of room for eating and playing together. Roomy bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. A generous welcome basket of goodies. Who could want more than sea, mountains and loved ones xxx

How do damage deposits work?

If Nick & Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
