THE VIEW

C303 -Pacific Dream is a 3rd-floor condo with beautiful lofted views of the ocean as well as the gardens and fountains in the complex. It is a very short walk through the complex to the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Enjoy a fully updated kitchen with beautiful new cabinets, swirled marble counters, and stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area seats 2 at the kitchen counter and 4 at the table.

LIVING AREAS

The condo has a beautiful beach-themed interior with lots of white beadboard and relaxing colors. In the main living room area, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable sofa sleeper couch and three chairs. Sit back and enjoy the flatscreen mounted on the wall at the end of a long day in the waves. Cable is provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. There is a second smaller deck off the living room.

Both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom downstairs have separate vanity areas with tub/shower combos

SLEEPING

C303 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom upstairs features a comfortable King-sized bed and includes a desk for easy remote working. The guest bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs as well. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.

C303 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

**PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Enjoy Pacific Dream, a high rise 2-bedroom penthouse condo in North Coast Village. Pacific Dream is a 3rd floor condo with awesome lofted views of the ocean and gardens and fountains in the complex. The condo has a beautiful beach themed interior with lots of white bead board and relaxing colors. The bathrooms and kitchen have been extensively remodeled and updated with white cabinets and marble counters. You'll be immediately at ease and relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.

The upper level of the condo is the master suite with a spacious bedroom, desk area, updated bathroom, and large upper deck with seating for 4 looking out on the ocean. The bed is a queen bed and there is a flat screen TV and DVD player as well. In the upstairs closet you will find a roll-out bed, crib, and high chair making it the perfect condo for families.

The main flour houses the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a mounted flat screen, and the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo, Also located on the main floor is a fully updated kitchen with beautiful new cabinets, swirled marble counters, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay. The dinning area seats 2 at the kitchen counter and 4 at the table. The main living room area has a sofa sleeper and three chairs with a large flat screen TV. Pacific Dream has a fully functioning fireplace for the winter months and all the needed beach equipment - boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, umbrella, and beach chairs for the beach trips. There is a second smaller deck off the living room.

The complex grounds are groomed to perfection and boast a very tropical lush feel! You will love taking a stroll within the gated grounds and exploring the little streams,koiponds, fountains, and hidden alcoves. The complex is also equipped with two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a commercial grilling station, game room, weight and cardio room, and several laundry facilities. North Coast Village is truly a one stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
