Description

The Rose Cottage is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home with fully appointed kitchen, large open living area, attached deck with grill, and 24 acres of open fields and woodlands. The Cottage is very private, but not at all isolated. It is within one minute of US Rt. 11 (a particularly scenic portion) and three minutes from Interstate 81/64. The Cottage is conveniently located about mid-way between the historic small towns of Lexington and Staunton. Both towns are home to universities, historic and outdoor attractions, music and entertainment, and great restaurants. It is about a 20 minute, easy drive to either town.

All guests and their invitees over the age of 5 are required to be fully vaccinated and boostered.

Rose Cottage is a separate home located about a 10 minute walk from the owners' residence. We make every effort to meet guests when they arrive, but if we can't be there, a code will be programmed into the front door keypad. We do appreciate a text or call letting us know your arrival schedule. We are always available, and we want our guests to be in touch with questions or if there is something we can do to make their visit more comfortable, but we don't "hover".

How do damage deposits work?
