Located on 2 1/2 acres of land at Casa Chicoma, the 1948 Spartan travel trailer is nestled in a secluded garden setting, with its own private deck and yard. Upon entering this classic beauty, you'll feel like you're stepping back in time. The meticulously renovated interior is enclosed in gleaming birch panelling with mahogany details, and features black and white floors and vintage pieces throughout. A glimpse of the past with the convenience of today, the Spartan offers you a truly unique and memorable Santa Fe experience.
My other lodgings are also listed on this site: The Sun Room and the Bunkhouse, which can be rented together in any combination for family gatherings, etc..

If you care about sustainability, you've come to the right place. We have a large solar array on the property that supplies 100% of our energy, and a roof water collection system for watering the gardens. We bring new vitality to the New Mexican desert environment by growing organic fruits and vegetables, making compost, and practicing integrated landscaping. There are greenhouses, fruit and nut trees and an outdoor harvest table under the grape arbor, along with a new natural rock-lined swimming pool just large enough to cool off under the hot New Mexico sky and right next to the Spartan!
