Description

We are directly across from Lake Erie. You will have access to a private beach across the street. It is a rocky beach, very common along the Shore, not designed for swimming, but Sunrises and Sunsets are quite, serene and gorgeous! At the top of the cliff, overlooking the beach, is a small private relaxing park. There are a couple of parks on the shore of Lake Erie within walking distance. We are located only 35 minutes from downtown Cleveland & 45 minutes from Sandusky Cedar Point and Erie Islands. Swimming Beaches are 1 mile from our home in either direction.

We are offering the second floor of our home for your private use. It has 2 bedrooms with a private bath & reading room. The Laundry, 1st fl. kitchen, living & family rooms are shared with host.

We can sleep up to 5 people, only 4 adults. The one bedroom has 2 twin beds. Other bedroom has a full double bed. On the second floor, there is a room available for reading, listening and/or watching television/movies. There is free WiFi available throughout the home. We are also able to add an air mattress on a bed frame and we can put it up in any of the three rooms upstairs.

You are also welcome to use rooms and appliances on the first floor at anytime. These include a living room, kitchen, dining room & family room. There is a working fireplace on the first floor. In the basement there is also a washer and dryer available.

We, as your hosts, will be available throughout your stay. We will have plenty of options available for you to enjoy for breakfast or any other meal.

There is instant hot water in kitchen at the sink. Automatic ice maker in kitchen fridge.

We also have options for coffee: a Drip Coffee Maker is available as well as a French Press or a Cappuccino maker.

You are welcome to use either the back of front yard to relax. There is a firepit in the backyard that you are welcome to use as well as a charcoal grill. Feel free to invite your friends over for share some time with you. Smoking is permitted outdoors.

We will also provide for you lots of information on places to visit and local points of interests as well as shopping and dining.

Brian is a driver with UBER & LYFT and private transportation can be provided. We are about a 35 minute drive from downtown or Cleveland Hopkins Airport. We are very close to I 90 and about 15 minutes from I 480.

Sandusky (Cedar Point) and the Erie Islands are about 45-60 minutes away. Akron/Canton (Football Hall of Fame) is about 1 hr and 15 mins away.

State and local taxes (9.75%) will be collected by us from you at time of arrival. We will then pay proper collecting agencies proper collecting authorities.
