Located just outside of popular West End, Serenity Beach House rests on a quiet beach with only 4 other houses. You'll love having your own private dock, paddleboards, and use of the additional boat to launch all your adventures straight from home.

New 30ft Cobia boat! For just $500 per 6 hour day or $2500 for the whole week, cruise around fishing and snorkeling in your own time with Captain Amos!

The outdoor spaces of this home appeal to everyone. Relax on the expansive deck in lounge chairs or comfortable outdoor couches. Dine al fresco every day or take your drinks to the pool bar stools to enjoy looking out over the water.

Get your toes in the sand just after waking up each morning. Take your cup of local coffee out for a stroll on the beach, watch the pelicans diving into the bay or watch for scurrying lizards among the trees.

The interior of Serenity Beach House focuses on all of these beautiful natural island views. Large windows and glass sliding doors in each bedroom offer views for everyone.

Natural light fills the space and reminds you every day of the island paradise at your doorstep.

With four bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room, Serenity Beach House can accommodate up to 10 guests. The master and two of the guest rooms all offer king-size beds.

The third guest room offers two double beds. Each bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom for plenty of privacy for everyone.

The main floor enjoys a beautiful flow with an expansive open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area all opening onto the massive outdoor deck. Whether you're cooking, reading on the couch, or eating breakfast at the large dining table, you can always enjoy the tropical views.

Boat rental- please book in advance, gas is an additional charge, days trips further afield on request . You'll love being able to choose the day's adventures without having to adhere to a schedule!

Response from the manager Hi Diane, thank you for taking the time to post a review. It sounds like the more serious issues were dealt with promptly. As for bugs - we are in the tropics, there are bugs. We do have the home treated each month for bugs etc to limit their numbers and keep bug spray under the kitchen sink for those odd bod critters that decide to come in, but we have not found any signs of mice? The home is constructed from pine wood, with the interior white washed. The marks you were seeing is the wood's natural knots showing through!

How do damage deposits work?
