Ex maison d'hôtes, je loue dorénavant le rez de Chaussée de ma maison vigneronne datant de 1882 située entre Narbonne et Carcassonne.
90 m2 à votre disposition avec 2 chambres, 2 salles d'eau, grande pièce à vivre de 40m2 avec cuisine ouverte donnant sur une terrasse aménagée plein sud.
Accès par la route (arrière de la maison) au jardinet de 70m2 avec piscine de 3.50 sur 3.50 (1.35 m de profondeur) et coin lounge avec canapé sous terrasse.
Maison non fumeur au calme !
Cet appartement est composé d'un grand hall d'entrée desservant les chambres puis d'une grande pièce à vivre de 45 m2 avec cuisine ouverte donnant sur une terrasse plein sud.
A votre disposition 2 grandes chambres avec chacune un lit de 160 x 200 et une salle d'eau (douche - wc - lavabo).
Il est possible d'ajouter un lit d'appoint pour 1 personne dans une des chambres.

L'accès à la piscine se fait en faisant le tour de la maison (jardin plein sud à l'arrière de la maison sans accès direct - sécurisant pour les enfants - portillon fermant à clef) - piscine privative .

Response from the owner Bonjour, Je suis étonnée par votre témoignage car il est toujours bien expliqué que la piscine n'est pas en accès direct depuis la maison . En effet, elle est située dans le jardin à l'arriere de la maison accessible en faisant le tour de la maison par la rue. Cela garantie une sécurité maximale pour les enfants . De même, ma maison de village est donc située ..dans le village, Boutenac est un village viticole par excellence avec de nombreuses caves - idéal pour de belles dégustations - dont 2 proches de la maison . Je suis navrée que votre séjour ne vous ait pas donné satisfaction .
