**2019 renovations- Fresh Paint throughout, remodeled bathrooms, new baseboard & doors, new plumbing, customizing bedroom closets, master bedroom now has direct access to bathroom, plus more!!**

Direct gulf front condo with panoramic views of the sparkling gulf water and sugar white sand beach. 2Br/2Ba, 3rd floor condo on scenic West Beach in Gulf Shores. Condo size is approx. 1,000 SqFt.

The well-appointed kitchen includes all appliances, a single & 12-cup coffee maker, and all the essentials. Ample granite counter space with newly installed backsplash and over-the-counter microwave.

Southern Sands is a low density complex - only 18 units - that is directly on the beach, and easy walking distance to the center of town! Island Outfitters directly across the street. Ice cream/snowcone/deli store is a block!

Recently replaced sleeper sofa and living room furniture plus new Smart cable TV with Netflix, HULU, etc (user account required).

Continually updated, this direct gulf front condo is fully tiled with bright decor. This condo has a private double-sized balcony directly on the beach and gulf w/great pool viewing also. Condo has all appliances, whirlpool tub in hall bath, ice maker, CableTV(3), DVD, CD-Stereo. Complex includes Elevator, BBQ grilling area, full size Washer/Dryer available - credit/debit card service on each floor ($1.50/cycle). Free WiFi included. Parking Permits are $42/ea(2 MAX). Parking Permits are $52/ea(2 MAX) during Hangout Festival.

E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg - system disable w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.

“Yearly getaway”

This is our 3rd year staying here. Always peaceful and quiet. Love it.Really enjoy sitting on the balcony.Plan on coming back next year. So glad you had buggy for groceries this year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
