This beautiful Highlands Townhome condo is located in Beaver Creek Village, with excellent ski-in/ski-out access. Our guests are able to experience the privacy of being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village, while also enjoying a ski in/ski out access to the Centennial lift from the townhouse's back patio.

This gorgeous property, which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, is split into two levels. The lower level includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, laundry room, and ski storage.

This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 22 Highlands Townhmes have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and more.

All of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the property and the configuration is as follows:

Guests are able to access the communal pool and hot tub facilities at Highlands Lodge, as well as the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle service to any of the villages located in Beaver Creek Resort. Guests also have access to the Highlands Slope-side fitness room.

This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
