Description
This sunny and central apartment is located in Sestiere Castello, beside Ruga Giuffa, between campo Santa Maria Formosa and the Greci bridge. A quiet corner in between 3 main attractions: 5 minutes on foot from Saint Mark's square, 5 minutes from Rialto and 10 minutes from the Biennale venues. In the neighbourhood, several local shops for your daily shopping. Other interesting landmarks to visit in the area, Querini Stampalia foundation with its private collection and the beautiful garden by Carlo Scarpa, and Palazzo Grimani.
The apartment is 81 sqm in surface, it sleeps 4/5 persons and it's located on the 3rd and 4th floor (no lift).
It's composed of a small entrance, a spacious living room and a kitchen, both opening onto a first terrace with table and chairs, a master bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom with tub and a second toilet with shower; on the upper floor, a mansard room with French-size bed (150 cm) opening onto a second, very spacious and sunny terrace.
Equipment: tv, washing machine, fridge with freezer, small electric oven.
