This duplex apartment is situated in the seaside resort of Llanfairfechan and sleeps two people in one bedroom.Gwylanedd Two is a lovely duplex apartment situated in the seaside resort of Llanfairfechan. This apartment sleeps two people and has a lower ground floor king-size double, a lower ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor basin and WC, a ground floor kitchen with dining area and a ground floor sitting room. Smart TV and Wifi. The apartment also has off road parking for one car. Gwylanedd Two is a lovely base for a couple with plenty to see and do in the area, including the heritage town of Conwy and the seaside town of Llandudno. Note: The apartment is accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom and so the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: No children over 2 years of age.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking space for 1 standard size car, with free roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Licensed sailing club next door. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: The apartment is accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom and so the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: No children over 2 years of age. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The small seaside resort of Llanfairfechan is situated on the lovely North Wales coast. Llanfairfechan has easy access to the North Wales Coast Path and cycle way and is renowned for its miles of sandy beach, bird sanctuary and walks to suit all ages and abilities. Nearby is Conwy, a World Heritage Site famous for its historical and architectural heritage including its magnificent 13th century castle.
