Our charming French/Italian/Caribbean-style Cottage is right on the Chesapeake Bay. The sound of the waves crashing serenade you to sleep at night and greet you in the morning. Our family nicknamed it "My Pan-O-Sea-A" because it's a panacea for the cares and stresses of a busy world. Here you can relax and decompress as nature intended. We do have Internet as well as satellite TV if you need to stay in touch with the modern world. From the sun, rising directly over the horizon, to the clear night skies gazing at shooting stars, to the random wildlife which might meander across the yard, this is nature in all her elegant glory. Beach access is just a short walk away from the cottage, as seen on our profile picture. We provide kayaks for your convenience in case you want to enjoy some watersports. We even have a trampoline for the more adventurous! Be sure to check out our Guest Information Guide in our welcome package upon arrival for an Easy Breezy vacation. My Pan-O-Sea-A is minutes away from White Stone, Irvington, and Kilmarnock (all with great Southern cuisine and lots to do!), this rustic European-style cottage offers spectacular views, swimming, and your morning coffee on a screened-in gazebo. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John and Jia (the owner) a message.

If John and Jia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
