Description
The Tintoretto is a great property for those who are looking for quietness and comfort in a Venetian Style home. Campo San Barnaba is considered the best location of the Dorsoduro District by locals as it is close to both public transport and every sort of shop, while offering easy access to the most important landmarks of the historic city.
This house is easily accessible from the Cà Rezzonico Vaporetto Stop in only 1 minute walk and is laid out over approximately 150 square meters in addition to the absolutely charming private courtyard. The living quarters are composed of a spacious dining area connected to a fully-equipped kitchen and the living room. The courtyard is accessible from both the dining room and living room. Here you can find a nice marble table and chairs for a lovely breakfast or candle light dinner. The courtyard is partially covered with flowering trellises and other beautiful plants that are particularly nice during spring to autumn.
There are 3 bedrooms at the Tintoretto: the master bedroom is on the first floor, it is very spacious and elegantly furnished with Rubelli style textiles and antiques, it has an elegant en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe; the second bedroom is next to the living room and can be used as double or twin according to your needs, it also has a luxury en-suite bathroom with white marble and boiserie; the third bedroom is the annex which is accessible from the courtyard and is composed of a single bed with en-suite bathroom. Please note that in order to access the third bedroom you have to cross the courtyard as it is a separate part of the property: we suggest to use this room only from April to November as in winter it could be less comfortable.
At the Tintoretto you will find every amenity such as Wi-Fi, A/C, entertainment system, washing machine, dishwasher and all other electrical appliances. The location is particularly quiet and is suitable also for long stays.
