Appartamento luminoso di 70 mq completamente ristrutturato nelle colline del Chianti al primo piano composto da cucina , bagno, 2 camere e ampie terrazze con vista panoramica sulle meravigliose colline circostanti.
Ingresso da scala esterna e cancello indipendente.
Siamo in collina fuori dal traffico , immersi nel silenzio e la tranquillità.
Possibilità di ricarica veicoli elettrici.
Se ami l'equitazione o la bicicletta o visitare le cantine delle aziende vinicole questo e' il posto giusto.
Avrete anche la possibilità di utilizzare le nostre biciclette mountain bike alla scoperta delle colline toscane
