We have 2 condos in the 6 unit building and can accommodate larger groups up to 16 people.
Your family will enjoy uninterrupted Ocean View. Balcony Furniture Seats your family comfortably on Large Double Balcony. Central air and heat and Cool Summer Breezes keep you cool in the Summer. Property Across the street from the Beach with Large concrete porch to sit outside and enjoy the sunset and the company of friends, family or guests. We just remodeled master bath area and added walk in shower. There are three Bedrooms, 2 baths and enough room for up to 8 people to feel very comfortable.

We Manage two properties at this location and can accommodate up to 16 people
Other Things to Note:
No Parties or Events.. No Pets, No Smoking!
This unit is on lower level however there are few steps of stairs to get into the front door and
Multiple stairs going into the parking garage.
