Sitting in the heart of downtown New Iberia, this beautiful, historic Victorian home was built in 1897. It has three bedrooms, and will easily sleep eight people with two queen beds, two twin beds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. It also has a full kitchen, a separate dining area with seating for six, and music room/parlor. We invite you to enjoy the sounds of New Iberia while enjoying coffee on the front porch or playing the antique piano in the music room.
Situated next door to St. Peter's Catholic Church and three blocks away from the historic Shadows on the Teche, this house is steps away from everything downtown New Iberia has to offer -- festivals, dining, shopping, coffee, nightlife, and even parades. It is also a short drive away from Avery Island, Jefferson Island, and all the beauty that surrounds Acadiana.
If you're visiting New Iberia for a wedding, class reunion, the Sugar Cane Festival, the World Championship Gumbo Cookoff, or just a weekend getaway, we invite you to enjoy the convenience of our home. Special weekly and monthly rates are available upon request. Please note that the rental is for the downstairs unit only.
