Description
This lovely detached property is situated on the outskirts of the seaside village of Aberdaron and sleeps eight people in five bedrooms.Rhianfa is a delightful detached cottage situated on the edge of the seaside fishing village of Aberdaron on the Llyn Peninsula. This cottage sleeps eight people in five bedrooms, consisting of a ground floor king-size double, two doubles and two singles, together with a ground floor bathroom and an external wet room. The cottage also has a kitchen, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove and a dining area with open fire and a conservatory. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and a garden with lawned area, patio, furniture and barbecue. A lovely Llyn Peninsula base.
Amenities: Central heating powered by multi-fuel stove, electric night storage heaters with additional electric heaters and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with basic Sky, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: There is a converted garage directly adjacent to the cottage, occasionally occupied by the owners, so access is required at times. Note: Some bedrooms have sloped ceilings with restricted headroom. Note: Please ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times when in the garden. Note: No hen/stag parties, or similar.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Aberdaron is a seaside village situated on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. The village offers a sandy beach, lime-washed fishermen's cottages, cafes, shops and a church. The popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch are close by, as are castles, fishing, watersports and golf opportunities.

“Fantastic stay and such a Beautiful house with everything you need except Tv”
I just want to reiterate a wonderful stay under difficult family circumstances ie my wife had a minor stroke and my youngest Granddaughter who is eight months had a major operation before the holiday.… More
