This adorable Three Bedroom, two Bath LAKEFRONT brick cottage has Tennessee Crab orchard stone floors. The upstairs loft overlooks the great room which has rock floors, double sliding glass doors, vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The Great Room connects the Kitchen, hallway and bedrooms to create a wonderful open floor plan.

The upstairs loft with connecting bedroom has a foosball table, card table and a futon couch for relaxing. All main level bedrooms and bathrooms have tile floors and upstairs has bamboo floors.

Both Bathrooms have been remodeled, the Master Bathroom has a tub/shower and the other bathroom is has a walk-in Shower, both on the main level.

Nice comfortable furniture and beds throughout.

Queen Bedroom with Flat Screen TV and one Bunk bedroom with Full size bed on the Bottom and twin size on top wtih TV/DVD located on the Main level.

Queen size Bed upstairs with Flat Screen TV along with a loft area with seating and Game tables.

On the lake side the house has Double Sliding Glass Doors with windows above for views from upstairs. It is located on the open and deep sailboat waters also referred to as DEEP WATER of Lake Hartwell.

CONVENIENT AND EASY TO FIND LOCATION on a nice QUIET DEAD END STREET with only a few houses in a private cove near the Richland Creek BOAT RAMP. Stone Creek Cove golf course is within a mile.

CLOSE TO SHOPPING - WITHIN 5 MILES to three grocery stores, ABC store, Gas stations, Portman and Big Water marinas, hardware store and restaurants. Within 8 miles of town of Anderson, approx. 20 miles to Clemson and approx. 45 miles to Greenville. THE GRILL MAN RESTAURANT IS THE 21st DOCK DOWN ON THE LEFT FROM OUR DOCK.

RENTERS CAN USE CANOE AND PADDLES FOR FREE AT THEIR OWN RISK.

House has WIRELESS INTERNET, 3 Flat Screen TV's, NEW SAMSUMG REFRIGERATOR IN 2015 AND HAS A STAND ALONE ICE MAKER.

Location by water

Located at the mouth of private cove right around the corner from Richland Creek boat ramp. Close to all beaches and islands, to name a few: River Forks, Singing Pines, Andersonville Island, Sandy Island, Beer Tree Island and may others. Portman Marina is within 15 minutes by boat. Coming from Portman, turn hard left at Buoy S 10 to enter our cove.

About the Cove & dock

Enjoy the natural scenery with a walk around the shore line to a private peninsula that brings you to the boat ramp. From the Boat ramp you can walk to our dock by the shore line, it is the third covered dock with a sundeck, and lighting for night fishing or boating. Our cove is private with approx. 9 docks which provides protection from big water boat waves.

Key Items: Lakefront house with trees on both sides for privacy screening and lots of windows. Located on a quiet dead end street on almost flat lot with nice pathway leading (no stairs or dirt paths) to the covered dock with sundeck. Close to boat ramp.

“Fun at the Lake!”

This spot on Lake Hartwell was perfect for relaxing, water activities and fun! The cove is peaceful and there are plenty of options for fun in the water like paddle boards, kayaks and more. We had a wonderful sto!
