This renovated home is well appointed with everything you would need during your getaway, family gathering, or business trip. There is plenty of room for a family gathering and quiet spaces to retreat and relax. There is a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), screened in porch, deck with extra seating and a Weber gas grill!! Enjoy sitting around the Fire pit on cool evenings! Lots of privacy in a very nice 1 acre wooded lot.
It is conveniently and centrally located to everything. Close to I-540. Only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Raleigh, 3.5 miles to Crabtree Valley Mall, 2.5 miles to Brier Creek. Umstead State Park, with its beautiful lakes, walking and biking trails, is only 1 mile away . RDU airport is only 10 minutes away.
