Newly updated, this two- level home is a great home base for your Utah getaway!

Relax in the living room after a day exploring downtown or in the Utah wilderness. New flat screen Smart TV equipped with Direct TV, including the NFL Sunday Ticket. Using the smart tv option, sign into your Netflix or Hulu account to catch up on your favorite shows!

Prepare a home cooked meal in the remodeled kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances. Stocked with essential cookware and dishes. Enjoy your home cooked meal at the large dining table together!

The second level includes a common living space with a private deck off the living space. All the bedrooms are located in the upper level of the home. In the master bedroom a spacious and comfortable king bed. In the two additional bedrooms are two new queen beds.

There is a remodeled full bathroom and half bathroom to comfortably accommodate guests.

Enjoy the best of both worlds by staying in the heart of downtown but only minutes away from Utah's beautiful nature play land!

Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, you are walking distance or a short Uber ride to the best shops, restaurants and bars in town! Grab breakfast at Even Steven's, walking distance from the home. In the mood for seafood? Head over to Current Fish and Oysters, the oysters are fresh and the chowder is delish!

About 30 minutes takes you to Park City/Canyons, Alta, Brighton, Snow Bird, and Solitude as well as mountain biking, hiking, camping, and fishing locations.

Please note that we have a tenant couple in the basement. It is separate from the main house.
