Description
The Gathering Oaks retreat is a place where you can gather in a relaxing, secluded setting for a retreat, reunion, or to spark the next big idea for your company. Whether you're planning team-building activities, financial meetings, workshops, or simply seeking a space for meaningful discussions and brainstorming, Gathering Oaks Retreat provides a customizable experience tailored to your team's needs.. The property will sleep large groups of up to 50 people in a variety of private resort-style accommodations. There are 19 bedrooms total with private bathrooms, but many rooms have more than one bed. There are 2 indoor areas that are perfect for hosting events and 30 acres of outdoor space to create your ideal gathering under a canopy of oaks. There is a full kitchen available in the Gathering House with three ovens, 2 refrigerators, a huge ice-maker, and a coffee bar. Many rooms have kitchenettes and all have coffee pots with coffee provided. We have a pool/hot tub available for our overnight guests to use as well. The property is available for full rental to ensure privacy to your group, but we do allow partial property bookings in winter months (slower seasons) and 6 weeks out, as availability allows.
Message us if you need more rooms because we do have three additional houses available for optional add-ons for those that need one bedroom per person and need more space or want to host up to 70 guests.

You don't have to rent the entire Gathering Oaks Retreat. We have 14 private suites to choose from, but the bridal/luxury suite is definitely our nicest and most luxurious room!! Come again.
