Description

Fully equipped townhome close to everything! In winter, hop on the free shuttle to the mountain and back, or cruise down the beautiful, private ski-home trail. In Spring and Summer, the trail is perfect for a hike. Bring your bike to the Valley Trail right across the street and enjoy a ride to West Dover Historic District. And don't forget the amazing foliage this place has to offer!

This beautifully furnished home has 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The sleeping loft has one full sized bed and a twin bed. Comfortably sleeping 6 people. The living room has all the entertainment to satisfy the entire group! There is a flat screen TV, a fireplace, a variety of board games and a ROKU device to stream all your favorite TV shows on high speed WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who would like to cook, with stainless steel appliances. Last but not least, there is a large mud room to store all your ski equipment!

We do our best to provide all the essentials for your stay to make your packing easier. We provide the following in the unit:

-Toilet paper/paper towel

-Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel

-Hand soap/Dish soap/Dishwasher cubes

-Basic condiments

-Pots plates glasses mugs

-Firewood

-1875W hair dryer

-Washer/dryer with laundry detergent

-Clean bed linens and towels

Guests have full access to the townhome (except for owner's closet) and the Community Recreation Center, which features a ping pong table, a pool table, TV, fireplace and some basic exercise machines. In the summer, there is a heated outdoor pool and a tennis court to enjoy.

QUIET TIME - This is a townhome and we have neighbors on both sides. Please keep noise down after 10 pm.
