Description

A recently renovated spacious well equipped semi-detached bungalow close to all amenities. The large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area opens out through full width patio doors onto a small secluded and safe garden area perfect for pets, storing bikes, skis etc. The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe and has easy access to the downstairs bathroom. Up the spiral staircase there is a light airy twin bedded room with onsuite shower room and mountain views.

Getting around

If you don't have a car there is a regular bus service into Aviemore and Inverness. If your a bike enthusiast there is some great trails nearby and if your a walker then your in paradise!

As we don't live in Aviemore we can still be contacted by mob/ email 24/7 and have friends who will be around if you need any help.

“Excellent accommodation”

We have absolutely loved our stay! Accommodation is really well presented and nicely decorated, clean, comfortable (beds are fab) with everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen/dining and living room area is a great size! Daughter loved having her own wee ensuite upstairs. Having dogs, the secure garden is properly secure and with such great weather, having the patio doors opening straight into the garden was a treat! Property is in a nice quiet area, easy walk to co-op up the road instead of going into town for bits and pieces and plenty places to walk dogs in neighbourhood. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and have already looked at dates for next year - this may be our new base for aviemore visits!

Great accommodation, great location. Nice clean place handy for shops and facilities in aviemore. Garden was secure and good to sit out in.
