An amazing apartment furnished in comfortable modern style with adorable small balcony (poggiolo) with view over Venetian canal, in the District of San Marco but in a really quiet area.

Modern and bright apartment with large living room, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms each with bathroom en-suite with shower and laundromat space.

The apartment is on two level with a short flight of stairs from the entrance, where are the laundromat space and one of three bedrooms, to the main floor where are the living room, the kitchen and the others two bedroom with bathroom ensuite

Newly refurbished this wide elegant apartment can be your perfect base to enjoy Venice and pass an unforgettable stay because is located in the centre of the city in a quiet and safe area, a few moments from the main places to visit and really close to the elegant Campo San Maurizio, Campo Sant’Angelo and Campo Santo Stefano (really treasures of Venice) behind La Fenice Opera House, at ten minutes walk from Saint Mark's Square, and at two minutes from the boat/vaporetto stop.

Charming neighbourhood with elegant restaurants and coffee bars, shops (at only 4 minutes by walk from Calle Larga XXII Maggio, the fashion street of Venice...), supermarket, boat stop to and from the airport and much more.

So, excellent location, comfortable rooms, wide living room, cosy kitchen, twelve large windows from which the light pass through!!! Amazing place, oh yeah

On the first floor within easy reach.

Since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must to ask you 4 euros in cash each person per each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).

I have an agreement with Tripadvisor for asking the tax at your arrival as it does not make sense to pay Tripadvisor commission fee on a tax.

Moreover it is not possible to include this amount of money in the Tripadvisor final price, because the system does not allow me to do it!

Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is around 10/10:30am with the possibility to store your luggage until your departure.

I know that Tripadvisor makes accurately verifications on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy. Tripadvisor is a foreign and private Company.

For this reason, at your arrival I have to ask your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B)
