Description

A lovely large character apartment, just outside the village of Ingleton in the Yorkshire Dales, with a real country cottage feel. All the benefits of a country cottage without having to go outside to stand up straight.

This gorgeous Ingleton apartment sleeps up to 6 so works equally well for large families and groups of friends but is also cosy enough and perfect for couples who like a bit of of luxury and room to move around.

The apartment is also ideal for walkers who want to to give Ingleborough or the Three Peaks Challenge a go as you can walk up Ingleborough straight from our front door. You can also just walk to the pubs in Ingleton if you prefer! Or both!

Every visitor says the photos don't do the place justice.

Exposed wooden beams and a log burning stove, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and with amazing views to Ingleborough and the surrounding countryside from every window.

The apartment is fully centrally heated and very warm and cosy.

The is a large living room, with huge feather filled sofas and a dining area that seats 8, plus a smart TV and Wi-Fi. The exposed beams and the stove make this space feel very homely at night.

There are lots of games and books for those that prefer non-electronic entertainment.

The Master/Family Bedroom has a king sized bed and a full sized single bed tucked under the eaves, and views to Ingleborough. It also has its own living area with two sofas.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds and country view to both sides of the house - including stunning sunsets.

There is a good family sized kitchen and bathroom, and a dishwasher and washing machine are fitted in the kitchen.

Moorgarth Hall is 5-10 mins walk from the centre of the charming village of Ingleton, with its famous waterfalls walk, caves, cafés, pubs and heated outdoor lido, and with very easy access from the A65.

Great walks, and mountain biking straight from the door. Many of our visitors are taking on the three peaks challenge and really appreciate a little luxury after their exertions.

Less than 30 mins from the Lake District and 20 mins from M6. The beautiful market town of Kirkby Lonsdale 10 min drive in one direction and Settle is 15 mins in the other. The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of this large Victorian House and is perfect for couples seeking an idyllic getaway or for a family holiday.

There is private parking for 2 cars.

We will meet you on arrival and as we live in the same building we will be available if there are any issues or questions during your stay, but will leave you to enjoy this stunning apartment in peace if you prefer to just be left to it. We are very relaxed and just want you to enjoy your holiday in Ingleton. We will provide lots of guides of were to go and what to see, and lots of books and games (real and electronic).

“Beautiful apartment with amazing views”

Beautiful apartment on the edge of Ingleton with amazing views from every window. Apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped for everything we needed. Much bigger and brighter than the photographs portray. Easy walking distance to the village and nice to be out of the main traffic route. Cath and Sam were excellent hosts. Lots to do in the area and lots of tourist information in the apartment for ideas. Thank you.

“Home from home”

What a beautiful apartment! clean and comfortable with great facilities. The views of the local landscape were lovely also. If you’re looking to do the three peak challenge it is a great location and only took us 8 min to get to the start point near Ingleborough. We returned after a wet windy day to the log burner and cosy sofas. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking to stay again soon.
