Description

Our Cottage is one of the most private homes in The Hollows. It has always received 5 Stars ratings and is very unique for the Hollows!!

You can rent the Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3½ bathroom or you can add the optional detached Studio Suite that sleep 2 that has its own private bathroom. The Studio Suite is available at an additional cost (see the optional Studio pictures & prices). The Cottage sleeps 7 in beds or 9 with the Studio Suite's pull-out sleeper couch. There is also a Pac-n-Play.

The home is 1,800 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and it's 2,250 sq. ft. with the detached Studio suite. For your privacy we only rent the Studio to the Guests occupying the Cottage.

The Cottage is great for those that want beauty, views, privacy and quietness. Beautiful home, designed like a mountain cottage with Hill Country views from every room. Located in the 1,200 acre Hollows Resort complete with 4 private swimming pools,, volleyball, picnic areas, a wonderful swimming beach on Lake Travis and over 10 miles of walking, biking, & hiking trails. All Hollows facilities are private and free to our guests. Enjoy wildlife, streams, waterfalls and limestone cliffs as you walk. The views at the resort are stunning of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country.

The private Northshore Marina is right here at The Hollows only 5 minutes from the Cottage. Call them to get information on renting boats and jet skis. Check out their website. Also Villa Antonia wedding & meeting venue is only 2 miles. Call me anytime with your questions and pricing information.

No detail is overlooked in our luxury retreat. The home has everything you ever wanted including 48' & 32' Sony high definition, LCD TVs with DVD, satellite TV with DVR and stereo. The large Texas Master Suite has scenic views of the Hill Country and a luxurious bathroom complete with a wonderful 'rain' shower. Each bedroom is a suite with a private bath.

The Master Suite has a King bed. The Guest Suite has a Queen bed and the Bunk Room Suite has a bunk with a single on top and a standard double on the bottom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom!

A huge covered 24'x 12' balcony is right out the back door. It has dining for 8 or more and fabulous views of the hills from every room.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need for your cooking needs. Granite counters and a granite island for food preparation and eating. The laundry room has the latest high-end large capacity washer & dryer!

The Hollow Property Owners Association (POA) requires everyone staying in The Cottage to sign their Release that will be emailed to them to e-sign. The rental agreement is not complete until all Releases and the agreement have been signed.

How do damage deposits work?
