Fresh paint in Living Room/Dining & Kitchen (Dec'22), updated doors on first floor, Granite & stainless steel appliances in kitchen and recent window updates in queen/twin bedrooms! Gulf front vacation duplex - sleeps 8, with modern technology items throughout and FREE WIFI. 3BR/2BA beach front home has 2 private balconies overlooking the beach and gulf, with private staircase leading down to the white sand beach. Newly resurfaced decks (Aug'23) & new premier Polywood Lounger & Adirondack chairs on main deck (July '23) with all new deck chairs too.

This fully equipped home has Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, AM/FM Stereo w/Bluetooth, 4 Flatscreen TVs/2 Bluray DVD/1 DVD, icemaker and new Stainless Steel appliances. 65" Flat Screen Smart TV in living room w/Bluray! 40" Smart TV in Queen Bedroom (no DVD) & 50" SMART TV (w/Bluray and Game Hook-up) in Twin Bedroom also. Awesome for Sporting Events, and NETFLIX (guest account). USB charging ports at kitchen counter area too. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
