The roof top terrace features a comfortable lounge area perfect for a private event or simply relaxing, a Gas BBQ grill, outside shower and Jacuzzi. Our roof top terraces have been awarded as the finest terraces in Los Cabos by the most recognized magazines in Mexican architecture.

Among other features, this elegant residence has high quality finishes, 10 ft. ceilings, granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances, spacious and well decorated living area, alder wood carpentry and double paned floor to ceiling windows that provide complete noise and temperature isolation.

Alegranza Resort, a 95-unit complex, sits on the best hilltop location in San Jose del Cabo where one can appreciate the whole bay from Palmilla to Punta Gorda with unobstructed amazing views from every room. The Resort offers 3 heated saline water lap pools, 2 oversized Jacuzzis, a fully equipped gym with TV's, A.C. and sound system, putting green area, lighted tennis court, fire pits, 2 on-site restaurants with room service, Wi-Fi, 24 hours security, secure parking, on-site concierge service, BBQ areas, purified water and beach club access.

We have a property management team on-site that will go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one, providing services when needed (plumbers, electricians, maids, etc...).

If Nogasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
