Description
New England style beach house, luxury, comfortable holiday home.
1 king size bedroom with en-suite wet room, 1 double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower/bath room. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. Ample space for families or couples ,luxury furnishings, towels and bedding provided, beds made up for your arrival. Highchair and travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding).
Bose Bluetooth / wireless speaker.
Two car parking spaces.
Cosy log burner with logs provided. Large TV in living room with freeview and Netflix. Freeview / Netflix TV/DVD in all rooms. Hairdryer & Hair straighteners. Free Fibre Wifi. Games and DVD's.
Full underfloor central heating.
Basic staples always in the kitchen cupboards. Extremely well equipped kitchen with any pot or pan or utensil you could need. Full size fridge/freezer, Gas hob/electric fan oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster. Kettle, "Tassimo" coffee machine, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, kitchen roll, food bags, foil and cling film, toilet roll and many other basics all provided.
Every thing you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. Just bring your personal items. Plenty of space and seating for 6 or more inside and outside on the big deck and patio. .
BiFold doors at the spacious front living area open out onto large deck with seating. Patio at the rear facing lovely boules court, with lights and trees. Filey, Scarborough and beautiful Yorkshire coast and villages within easy reach. We are a dog friendly property, with dog treats and provided. The Bay village is very dog friendly with lots of dog walks. You can take your dog into the Pub and many shops.
Full free use of indoor swimming pool, (spa treatments and salon at The Beauty Room at extra cost) Pharmacy which also sells basic provisions open most days. Gym, Sauna, Steam Room. Boules courts around the village with surrounding garden areas, lawns, seating areas, great walks, meadows, direct path access to beach. Tennis courts and archery and other activities available. On village pub, The John Paul Jones with great food which is dog friendly and Bayside Kitchen coffee shop/cake by day, delicious food with full take-away menu.

This place is absolutely amazing, a real high class home from home. Everything you need is here, The owners have thought of Everything you would need for a small break or longer. Under floor heating, log burners, top quality kitchen and amazing beds. I'll be back with my little fur baby.

“Paradise Found it lives up to its name”
Paradise Found, was totally amazing, beautiful, tranquil and has every thing you could ever need. It is furnished to a very high standard, the beds are extremely comfy, lovely towels with Paradise Found embroidered on them. A lovely welcome hamper with wines and biscuits and nuts, that was a lovely welcoming gesture. The kitchen area is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and a large fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven and a Tassimo machine with all the capsules for the machine, dishwasher tablets included too, kitchen essentials all provide with a good range of products. The bedrooms are a good size both with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms all have ceilings fans great when the weather is hot. In the lounge there is a log burner with all the accessories available too. Wi-Fi included too. The lounge has folding patio doors that open out onto the veranda a really substantial sized one, it has 3 seating areas at the front and a seating area at the back, so you get the sun all day. The complex has restaurants, pubs a shop and a pharmacy and beauty room for facials and nails and massages too. There is a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a gym, tennis courts, boules and table tennis. Activities done daily too different ones everyday. The beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away too. This beach house is wonderful and you won’t be disappointed in anyway at all. I would highly recommend this beach house and we will be returning for another super holiday soon.

We have stayed at Paradise Found a number of times. The lodge is fantastic and has everything you need for a family holiday. It is very clean and in the perfect location.

“Lovely lodge”
The lodge is beautiful, spotless and very well equipped- even a picnic set is provided! We had a lovely time. Would recommend pre booking activities and swimming in advance at peak season.

“Beautiful”
The lodge was perfect. Spotlessly clean, had everything we could have wished for and more. The site is well kept and friendly staff. Beautiful location, just a couple of minutes walk to the gorgeous beach which we were on everyday with our fur babies. Can’t wait to go back in October.
