Description

This is a large 2014 model 2-Bedroomed caravan on the Pine Ridge development at Haven's Reighton Sands Park.

Park alongside the van, and listen to the sound of the sea while you walk along the enclosed lockable decking (perfect for little children to safely have some freedom) to enter the side door.

Inside this warm, well insulated caravan with double glazing, you will find a large lounge and dining area to your left with opening double-doors to let in the sea air or return to the wrap-around decking.

A large fridge freezer to hold your groceries, which you can cook on the hob, oven, microwave or slow cooker.

When it's time for bed, the kids can shower and brush their teeth in the family bathroom while you can use the toilet in the en-suite without being disturbed. Bliss!

The twin room has full size single beds with duvets and wardrobe space . Adults and kids will be comfortable.

You'll love the huge rear bedroom with king-size bed, TV, ample wardrobe space, a desk/dressing area and the en-suite toilet and sink. There is also plenty of room to move around - no traffic jams! We also have enough space in this main bedroom for a travel cot which we can provide or you can bring your own if you prefer.

When it's sunny, the caravan benefits from the warmth throughout the day as the sun moves from the front to the rear of the caravan. If it does get cool at night, each room has it's own radiator for the Central Heating to keep you warm.

Located in a quiet area of the site, but an easy walk to the main complex, you can have adult relaxation and run the kids until they're empty.

Reighton Sands is one of the Haven sites along the east coast. It benefits from stunning cliff-top views. The various facilities include the pool, "Lazy River" outdoor pool, Restaurant/Bar, Show Bar, Arcades, and other activities such as Target Shooting, Archery,. Fencing, and activities with "Penguin" the park ranger (who is great with adults and kids alike).

As with all Haven sites, access to the facilities requires passes. Our caravan is offered on a "Stay" basis, your ability to get passes and use any park facilities is outside of our control and not part of this booking.

Getting around

A car is recommended, although during the season there is an hourly bus service which comes on site, linking Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough with the various sites along the way.

What to expect... We need vehicle registration details and names of all in your party. We must pass this to Haven to register you as per covid procedures. The day before your arrival, I will be in touch with details of how to get to the caravan. You will receive a code from ourselves or Haven, this is to book you into the park, when you'll receive a mirror hangar for your car. You can then use this code to TRY and purchase any passes for the site, although this is not guaranteed. The day of your arrival, you will be texted information about how to get the keys from the key safe. We won't be in contact during your stay unless there are issues. You will have our contact information to contact us at any time during your stay!

Vehicle registration and names of all people in the group are required as per Haven's Covid procedures.
No stag or hen nights. Security will remove anyone who breaks the site rules and no refunds will be given.
No pets allowed due to owner family medical conditions. We Cannot guarantee that pets have not visited.
This is a private family caravan so we ask all our guests to care for it and leave it in the same condition as they found it.

“Great location, nice and private!”

Loved the caravan, it was really homely and it had great space at the back to relax and for our son to play as it has a nice, private grass space. It was still close to the main events area for meals, swimming and shop and easy beach access. Everything we needed was in the caravan thank you. It's a quiet location but great if you want to do beach or day trips out. We really enjoyed it thank you!

“Beautiful caravan in perfect location”

Stopped here with all my family in August. The caravan is lovely, everything you could possibly need was supplied it is spotless clean and comfortable, a real home from home. The view from the veranda is breath taking. I would recommend this caravan to anyone. The booking process was excellent. Reighton Sands is the perfect place for a family holiday.

“Good times”

We had a very good time at the caravan. My 2 year old loved it especially being able to run along the decking and still see us. It was a very relaxing time and a lovely caravan.

How do damage deposits work?
