This end-terrace, stone-built barn conversion is set on the owners' farm near Holyhead and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Y Barcud is a delightful end-terrace, stone-built barn conversion situated on the owners' livestock farm, 1.3 miles from the town and port of Holyhead. This cottage sleeps six people and is set mostly on the ground floor. It has a first floor mezzanine king-size double, a double and a twin, together with a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for three cars in a shared courtyard and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Y Barcud is an ideal family base.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Shared freezer and washing machine in utility. TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars in shared courtyard. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Five well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Restricted head height in first floor bedroom. Note: Property accessed via an unadopted road. Note: Property is on a working livestock farm. Please note: Two dogs free of charge, additional dogs incur a £20 per pet pet per week charge
