This large, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, three level townhome, is situated in the desirable, park-like Snowcreek complex offering breathtaking views of Mammoth Rock from the interior, as well as the three outdoor decks. Whether curling up in front of the living room's cozy wood-burning fireplace, or grilling your summer dinner on the private gas BBQ, your group of up to 10 is sure to love this exceptional location for a perfect mountain getaway.
The spacious living area features a fully-equipped, upgraded chef's kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, an in-unit washer/dryer, private, secure WiFi, flat screen TVs throughout (each with smart Blu-ray players, and many offer 3D*), and a stash of board games for that perfect family evening. On the lower floor, you'll find three bedrooms: two with King beds and the third with a Queen over Queen bunk bed. On the highest level, a sleeping loft provides 3 Twin beds with an additional Twin trundle pull-out (loft has 4 Twin beds total). The living room is located on the second floor and offers a Queen sleeper sofa.
Steps from your front door, you'll enjoy access to community hot tubs and sauna, as well as a conveniently-located stop for the town's free shuttle service. Located less than a mile from Little Eagle Lodge and Chairlift 15, and about a mile and a half from Mammoth's famed Village shopping center, Snowcreek sits perched between a large meadow and 27 holes of golf.
Blocks away is the area's premier private health club, the Snowcreek Athletic Club,** which offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spin, yoga, martial arts, a trampoline room, full-sized indoor basketball courts, racquetball, and five seasonally available tennis courts. Outdoor activities abound with free cross country ski trails, hiking trails, and national parks. In the summer, hike to Devils Postpile and Rainbow Falls; fish, kayak or paddle board in the nearby lakes basin or at Crowley Lake. Rent a pontoon boat, kick back and BBQ your catch on Convict Lake. Mammoth is truly a year-round resort. And if that's not enough, you're only a 30-minute drive from Yosemite National Park.
Up to two dogs are welcome, with an additional one-time $75 fee/pet/stay.
