Description

Newly remodeled with updated furnishings and decor. This 2 bedroom condo features new King size comfortable beds with 2 full baths and a Queen sofa sleeper.

There are two nice rocker recliners in the living room and a nice sofa sleeper and Cable TV and Netflix. There is Free Wi-Fi included.

The newly remodeled enclosed sun room provides additional space and offers games for relaxation after a busy day on the lake or other Branson activities.

Full kitchen makes meal prep easy and feels almost like home.

We also have a network of owners who work together to help you find the perfect accommodations for your group.

There is a Swimming pool and Shuffleboard at the complex and just a few steps away. There is a Handicap Pool Lift as of 2018.

Branson Bay is located on site on Table Rock Lake. Our facility is just steps from the lake and offers long and short term dry storage . Emerald Pointe residents and guests can indulge themselves with all the comforts of the boating lifestyle, with just a click of a button your vessel will be launched and moored dockside waiting for your arrival. We will also prep your vessel with fuel, beverages, and ice for a day of fun on the water. Upon your return, your vessel will receive a wash from the rub rail down. Keep that added peace of mind knowing your boat is in professional hands. No worries or headaches, enjoy your stay, leave the hard work to us. We also offer a Marina Store with beverages, snacks, ice and more.

POOL RULES

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Hours of Operation 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Subject to seasonal change or due to weather conditions)

Children under the age of 16 BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES;

NO food or drink of any type is allowed within the pool enclosure; Please use adjoining Patio Area and properly dispose of ALL trash;

NO running, jumping or diving;

Proper swimming attire is required when using the pool(ie: NO cut—offs, street clothing or other inappropriate or extreme swimwear) •

Infants MUST wear approved swim diapers while in the pool;

NO swimming if lightening and/or thunder are threatening;

NO animals allowed in the pool area;

NO SMOKING or ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES within the pool area;

The Association neither ASSUMES nor ACCEPTS responsibility for valuables;

In the unfortunate event that someone should vomit or defecate in the pool, the pool will be closed for twenty— four (24) hours;

PLEASE COOPERATE WITH THESE NECESSARY RULES SO EVERYONE CAN ENJOY THE POOL. THANK YOU.
