Affordable, luxurious, accommodations await you when you visit our inviting and accessible attached guesthouse located only a few minutes away from the White River, near Cotter, Ar. Our completely remodeled and updated guest house has two large King-size bedrooms, a full kitchen, one bathroom and a huge open living space. We have several comfortable and clean couches and the third Bed a queen size air mattress is located in the living room. Easily accessible with your private circle drive, this senior and handicap friendly property allows for a simple one level vacation experience. Large windows and see through doors allow for beautiful wooded views from the comforts of the inside, while the spacious deck out back brings you even closer to the natural beauty of the property. A gas grill, and outdoor patio set, along with a campfire area are also available for our guests to enjoy. We have free reliable Wi-Fi service and ROKU TV on a fifty inch UHD TV for your entertainment use. There is ample room for your boat parking on our well-lit property with outside electrical connections available for your recharging needs. We are 3 miles from the Cotter White River launch, 9 miles from the Fairview Lake Bull shoals launch and 20 miles from the Buffalo National River. We are located 1.5 miles off Hwy 62 just 3 miles southeast of the Flippin, Arkansas Walmart. Guided fishing trips are available through your host along with tours of the area’s major attractions. This property is located in the heart of the twin lakes area and is treasured by many motorcyclist and car clubs for its winding mountain roads and beautiful hilltop scenery. Come stay with us for a relaxing time and enjoyable experience that you will remember for a lifetime. Please note that the entire property inside and out is non-smoking. We are a senior and family friendly retreat that does not allow excessive use of alcohol or any illegal drug use.
