Newly renovated contemporary ranch style historic home. Located 15 minutes from central downtown San Antonio! Close enough to have fun, but far enough to avoid the noise/craziness of central downtown SA!

Park downtown for around $10 or Uber/ Lyft for about $10.

Enjoy Starbucks coffee every morning!

Get to play with a Nest thermostat, Amazons' Echo "Alexa", Apple TV or stream your own Netflix on a 42 inch HD TV!

This is an entire 1700 sqft, 4 bedroom 3 bath historic home! The updates to this contemporary ranch style home boast original refinished hardwood floors, 18 windows, a Nest thermostat, Amazon Echo (Alexa), Smart lock for easy access, and a 16 inch rain fall shower head just to name a few. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and closet with a queen bed. Two great size bedrooms host very comfortable queen beds. A large (small master) with plenty of room has three twin beds, and one double bed, along with its own bathroom. The living area has a pull out bed and also a super comfortable couch to sleep on. Feel free to prepare full meals in the kitchen with all necessary provided cookware. A washer and dryer is also available to you. The only thing the house is missing is you! So come in and enjoy yourself in the great San Antonio! The entire place is yours for the duration of your reservation!

Very convenient for sightseeing in San Antonio. Very clean. Especially enjoyed the 4 bedrooms so that we four women could each have our own rooms.
