A mere 3km from Killarney town and the National Park, this 4 bedroom, 2 family suites (both with 2 bedrooms)/6.5 bathroom house, furnished to the highest standards, offers spacious and tastefully appointed accommodation for its guests all year round.

This unique, five star property near Killarney, has two large lounges occupying the east and west sides of the property. These provide ample space for a group of 17 to comfortably relax with a book or movie or simply sit and chat before crackling wood fires. The stately dining room with its marble surround open fireplace and shimmering chandelier, is a fabulous location to host a celebratory dinner or just enjoy a home cooked meal after another glorious day touring Kerry.

Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with its self-contained dining area. Adjacent to the large kitchen is a laundry/utility room providing guests with all the useful services they might require. An enclosed , glass walled sunroom between the kitchen and terrace is the very best place, regardless of the weather, to quietly soak up the magical beauty of the Kerry countryside.

Two of the bedrooms (with ensuite facilities) are readily accessible on the ground floor while the remaining four bedrooms which includes 2 family suites, also with their own ensuite facilities) are located up an easily navigable staircase on the first floor . With an additional guest WC on the ground floor, the functionality and layout of the house ensure guests enjoy a comfortable vacation.

We are available to meet and greet our guests. They are given a tour of the house and general operating instructions are explained to them (directory in house). Tours, dinner reservations, golf etc can be booked. We are always on hand should guests have any queries NO PARTIES, HENS OR STAGS. House best suited to extended family gatherings. Full details of party requesting to stay is required at inquiry stage. Children must be supervised by an adult at all time when outside as the house is not gated and it is situated on a busy road, Private dinner party at the house can be arranged. Ample notice required. Price depends on menu choice

“Amazing Holiday Home”

We recently stayed at Nunstown House all fourteen of us It was a memorable stay. The house is so big there was more than enough room for all. The children loved playing in the beautiful back garden. The surrounding area is so peaceful. The house is spotless and the family bedrooms are fab. Una the host is so helpful and had a welcome pack ready for us after our four hour long journey. She also brought us some organic eggs during our stay . Killarney Town is close it's about 10 minutes drive away. The house is in a great location. We loved it there and were sad to leave. I would without a doubt recommend a stay here. Beautiful Michelle C

“Really excellent”

This is an amazingly spacious house, so much so that it takes a couple of days to find your way around. It has 5/6 bedrooms, two lounges, a separate dining room and a brilliant kitchen with an induction hob in an island setting. Completely equipped, just about everything has been thought of. Large garden and virtually unlimited car parking as cars can be driven all the way around the detached house. The owner, Una, is charming and helpful and provides a really warm welcome. Fine for children ad large parties. Don't forget to bring apples to feed to the cows who come up to the garden fence
