Description

Our newly renovated house is in a serene and charming neighborhood in South Park, which is a highly desired upscale part of Charlotte.  Though our house is on a tree-lined, quiet street with single family homes, it is walking distance to lots of restaurants, luxury shopping and Charlotte's first Whole Foods.  While South Park is best known for its high-end mall, it has also developed into one of the largest business districts in the city. Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, you will not find a better location!   

Our 1,500 square foot split level home offers tons of privacy to travelers with families and is cozy enough for a business traveler wanting a little more space.  The main floor has an elegant sitting room with a gas fire place.  The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are on the bottom floor along with a comfortable den which has two full sofas (both of which fold out into a bed) and a 48" flat screen TV.  The patio offers alfresco dinning for six, looking onto the large fenced-in backyard (perfect for kids and pets).  The upstairs bedrooms offer a serene and plush retreat, while the office has a fold-out couch for extra guests.  The house has several TV's with cable, as well as high speed WiFi.  It’s the perfect home from which to explore all that Charlotte has to offer.

Getting around

While our house is conveniently located so that you can walk to a grocery store, shops and restaurants, the city of Charlotte does not have a good public transport system so I would recommend that you rent a car or use Uber to get around. Many of our guests end up taking uber if they need to venture to different parts of the city but usually end up staying local and walking around to most places.

Interaction with guest

Our house has a lock box so I provide a code for guests so they can arrive and leave at their convenience. I am available if you have any questions or concerns and usually check in with guests with a text message to make sure everything is going well. Having lived in Charlotte for only 6 years, I am kind of a tourist myself and am continuously discovering this city. I am happy to share suggestions for venues or restaurants if you would like!

Please no smoking inside the house. We allow certain pets and pets of a certain size. Please inquire at time of booking if you wish to bring a pet. No house parties allowed. We have provided lots of nice amenities to help you enjoy your stay. Feel free to use them but please leave them behind for other guests enjoyment. Kindly take out your trash and recycling and put into the bins in the yard. Most importantly make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!

The house was decorated very beautifully and we had tons of space two guest occupancy. What I like most was the warm reception by the owner. Tasheen is helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay!
